We were commissioned at short notice to complete a full restaurant refurbishment on Carnaby Street, London. The project involved a total strip-out of the ground floor (excluding the tiled flooring and a small section of wall tiles) and a complete reconfiguration of the basement area — all to be delivered within a strict three-week programme.

At short notice, we installed hygienic cladding on damaged walls, including high-level areas and beneath work surfaces. Working around existing equipment, which we carefully removed and replaced, we completed the project efficiently to meet the customer’s tight schedule.

We were commissioned to undertake ceiling access works at a high-end beauty salon in Chelsea, London, to facilitate the installation of a new air conditioning system by another contractor. Our team carefully cut and prepared the ceiling to allow their works to proceed efficiently. Once the installation was complete, we reinstated and redecorated the entire ceiling to a flawless finish, restoring it to its original standard. All works were carried out during night hours to ensure the salon remained fully operational and uninterrupted during the day.

We carefully removed the existing tiles and cut open the subfloor to provide access for a pipe repair carried out by another contractor. Once the pipe work was completed, we restored the subfloor, re-laid the original tiles at the customer’s request, and sealed them for a clean, durable finish. The result was a seamless, professional restoration with minimal disruption.

For this project, we fully stripped out the existing restroom installation and carried out a complete refurbishment, incorporating a modern shower area. The client requested a natural wood aesthetic, so we supplied and installed high-quality wood-effect porcelain tiles throughout, delivering the warmth and texture of timber with the durability and practicality of tiles.

Our team was commissioned to create a new access point between production areas at a chemical manufacturing facility in Essex. The works involved breaking through a solid brick wall, installing structural lintels, and making good the surrounding masonry to a high standard. A temporary timber door was fitted to maintain security and access while awaiting delivery of the permanent unit. Once the metal door arrived on site, we completed the installation, providing a durable and secure access solution that improves workflow and efficiency within the production areas.

We recently completed a full floor replacement in the back-of-house area of a busy restaurant. The existing floor had deteriorated due to damp and lacked a proper damp-proof membrane (DPM). Our team removed the damaged floor, treated the concrete base, and installed a new plastic DPM to prevent future moisture ingress. A new timber substructure and timber boarding were then fitted, followed by a tanking system for additional protection. To meet the client’s operational needs, we finished the floor with durable checker plate covering and fitted anti-slip rubber in key working areas to enhance safety and durability.
