Restaurant Refurbishment Carnaby Stret, London

 We were commissioned at short notice to complete a full restaurant refurbishment on Carnaby Street, London. The project involved a total strip-out of the ground floor (excluding the tiled flooring and a small section of wall tiles) and a complete reconfiguration of the basement area — all to be delivered within a strict three-week programme.

Working to detailed interior design specifications, we reconfigured the basement to create a more efficient kitchen layout, removed the existing flooring, and installed new Altro safety vinyl throughout. Kitchen equipment was fitted by a contractor appointed by the client.

On the ground floor, we installed new oak wall cladding, reconfigured the banquette seating, carried out full painting and decorating, and added bespoke wall features and serving areas. Operating under Carnaby Street Estates’ strict waste management regulations, we coordinated all waste removal within limited time slots, ensuring smooth progress and minimal disruption.

Despite the challenging schedule and logistical constraints, the project was completed on time and to a high standard — with the client extremely satisfied with the final result.
