External Blockwork Repair in Covent Garden

We were asked to inspect an exclusive Covent Garden apartment block after some blockwork had fallen. On inspection, we found five areas previously repaired with timber, which had failed due to rot. We replaced the fallen section with a specialist mortar repair, carefully matching the existing block alignment to maintain the building’s appearance. The timber repairs were larger and out of line, so we only replaced the section that had failed, with the option for the customer to address the remaining timber repairs in the future.
